Very easy to rent with snap. It was a new experience and I liked it.
While other people were waiting in line for big name rental car companies we were able to go directly to our car and leave the airport. Trouble with our flight brought us into the airport way after those businesses had closed and we were very grateful to have chosen SnapCarz. Our vehicle was exactly as promised and worked very well for our visit to Phoenix. I would recommend this company again to friends and family.

Overall, quick and easy
Our rental experience was great. We had some trouble finding the pickup spot in the Phoenix airport due there not being a Door 11 in Terminal 3 (per our instructions). However, once we found the shuttle, we enjoyed our rental car.
It was different from renting with other companies. Communication was completely by text message and email but the messages/instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would rent again and recommend, especially if for renting on a budget.
Pros: It was less expensive than the bigger nationwide companies.
Cons: The vehicle was a little older and had over 100k miles on it. There is no staff on-site to direct you to your car.
Texted 24 hr before rental saying the car I wanted was not available. They need better inventory control.
The car had a lot of miles on it and made many noises while driving.
