Complicated procedure. Car had horrible sagging seat covers…yuk!

Frustrating the code that was provided was wrong and after trying it multiple times texted the number and then was given the right code. Especially frustrating when it's over 100 degrees outside and the key code was metal and extremely hot to the touch.
I didn't know what we were getting into. Think communication while booking needs to be more clear. I thought I was renting a regular rental car. Once we figured it out, it was fine and easy. Communication was great, staff helpful, and the process was actually pretty easy. If I weren't surprised about the whole process, it would have been great. Thanks!
The car was great (though it did have a stale smoke odor).
