Great experience!
Only thing I suggest is make it more clear we are to be picked up at the car rental building. That wasn’t entirely clear to me (I thought we got picked up at the airport)

The cars were brand new and the service was very courteous. I would like to make a suggestion that when dropping off the car if there could be an option of dropping off at the airport instead of the car rental terminal.

We had a great experience. The owner took car of us, picked us up from airport himself. He didn’t want us to wait for the shuttle. He said he was going to honor the price I got online. Very friendly and helpful. I now call him and his company, “my car rental guy”. Thanks for a great rental.
