We chose this agency because it was reportedly airport affiliated but come to find on the day of that we have to call someone to get picked up. We were supposed to drop off the car at a different location but we weren't told in advance where that was. That processing very disorganized. Had to wait 45 minutes to get from the drop off to the airport and the man on the phone kept saying he was 20 minutes away. Disorganizing chaotic. Only good part was the car.
Never received a vehicle and got charged triple the price twice. Still have no full refund. Scam!

Hello Mr.Relvas we are sorry to see this but We have the evidence that you received a full refund. and we will report this inappropriate and unfair review to Kayak, considered retaliation against our business for a service that you declined to proceed with after you Signed The agreement. Because you changed your mind and that's fine, but you have misused this tool to provide misleading information to our customers.
Wasn’t a fan of the automatic lock brake system when reversing because the camera saw palm trees.
It was a great experience.
Too far from the airport -took them over 20 mins to pick us up and take us to the lot. When dropping off, there was no one at the lot to receive our vehicle and take us to the airport. We had to take an Uber to the airport.
Quick and easy process.
I literally left because it took over an hour for them to get a car ready because they didn’t have one and I still haven’t been refunded for the purchase. This was the most frustrating ordeal and I would never ever ever ever rent from this place again.

Great experience!
Only thing I suggest is make it more clear we are to be picked up at the car rental building. That wasn’t entirely clear to me (I thought we got picked up at the airport)
