Everything was perfect!
We appreciated having the car delivered to us. Also, we were able to drop the car at the ferry port which was very convenient. Overall we had a great experience.
Everything was very good. My only disappointment was that the gas tank was not full when we received the car. The staff person informed us that the meter showed 4 lines, and that we needed to return the car with the same amount of gas. We made the mistake of getting a full tank at the start of our trip. As a result, we returned the car with nearly full tank. This cost us probably 45-50 Euros. Our mistake, but other companies deliver the car with full tank, and we return it with full tank. Better

Vaggelis was our contact, his service was outstanding. Everything worked smoothly as should be the norm (but it isn't) with all car rentals. Delivered on time near our hotel, as booked, the car was perfect, return of the car was very easy and very near our Hotel downtown Fira. It was a great experience. I would no doubt recommend this company.
