AC was not working upon pickup. We were promised a new vehicle would be delivered to our hotel within a few hours. However, WE had to call 3 times with no resolution. We the demaned to return unacceptable vehicle the following day. Vaggelis told me to 'contact the company ' and hung up on me! About 30 minutes later he called me back and said he was sending a replacement car to our hotel. While the replacement car worked out, Vaggelis ultimately wasted a whole day of our 3-day stay in Santorini.

Personnel très sympathique et réactif. Possibilité de prendre la voiture au port et de la rendre à l aéroport en pleine nuit. Très pratique.

The staff was helpful, available to queries and provided all explanations needed. We rented with them twice and the met me at the airport and the port and always provided great service. Highly recommended
