We received the wrong car, we were offered minimal discount for the inconvenience. I had to haggle to get another 10 euros off. The cars chargers 12v and usb didn’t work. Leaving us unable to charge our phones for sat nav. Over all the customer service and system were satisfactory but the car was poor and not what we were quoted for.
