I booked a basic insurance and then up on arrival the guy start suggest to take an extra insurance saying that many car accidents happen.I payed then extra insurance.All went well and on last day before parking spots of Rentals I was hit by Transfer Van at street-Front side of my car but no breaking parts only a bit of color was out and car plate number feel down.Never experience such thing in my life.Imagine in front of parking spot.Then by the end they charged me 350 euro for that even with in

I reserved a Mini (my dream) and only when I arrived, was informed that don’t have the car and tried offer me a old beetle! I refused, they don’t have another similar car, I accepted change, but they don’t have another automatic car! In resume, the car that I reserved didn’t exist and I was forced to get a car totally different and lower of my expectations
