Terrible experience! When I arrived at the port of Santorini at 12:30, there was no one there to meet me. I had to wait around 30 minutes until someone from the team showed up. When they finally did, they said the reserved car had a problem and that they would deliver a car to my hotel by 4 PM. That time came and went, and nothing happened. Then, around 5 PM, they simply sent me an email saying they no longer had a car available. So I had to rent from another company and ended up paying a lot m

They rent me the car with broken AC i clearly asked the agent if the Ac works. Also with horrible brakes. Car was not safe to drive at all. They didn't answer the calls or messages try to reach them at lest 10 times. Horrible experience!!!!

The car was not cleaned properly when delivered, AC was not working even at the maximum with an outside temperature of 35+. Car didn’t have GPS nor usb c connection to charge mobile when using them as GPS. Our CC were writed down on a paper with all the details in, even after the charge and pre-authorizaation ws executed on the post net. Didn't felt right.. We rented a car in Crete with another agency and the service and price was superb.
