Pick-up location is hard to find, however, Vaggelis was patient while he tried to communicate through WhatsApp. We, as US residents found it a bit odd there was not an office, Vaggelis just completed paperwork on car hood. And, upon return we just left the car in a parking lot, left key in vehicle and walked away.🤔

Caf was not in rental shape in my opinion.lock on Trunk was broken, shift boot broken, no radio.They did replace car but they always seemed like they were too much in a hurry to get rid of you .

The car we rented was incredibly unsafe. The headlights did not work, one was completely out. The gas meter went from full to empty with no warning. The car was falling apart and was very poor quality. I would never rent it again and I would not recommend.

AC was not working upon pickup. We were promised a new vehicle would be delivered to our hotel within a few hours. However, WE had to call 3 times with no resolution. We the demaned to return unacceptable vehicle the following day. Vaggelis told me to 'contact the company ' and hung up on me! About 30 minutes later he called me back and said he was sending a replacement car to our hotel. While the replacement car worked out, Vaggelis ultimately wasted a whole day of our 3-day stay in Santorini.
