Did not expect that we would be obligatory charged for insurance, though our credit card company already told us they would ensure our rental car. We were not given a choice to turn down the insurance.
The staff member must have been tired and overworked because he didn't seem in a good mood. As far as the car, it was in a pretty bad state, the engine light was on, the gear handle was falling apart and the car seats were very dirty.
Service was very good. Car the agency provided was great. I would definitely recommend this agency to friends if they travel to Greece. We enjoyed our stay in Santorini, and having a reliable car during our trip was such a great experience. Roads are narrow, but the car we had handled it very well.

Exceptions: lack of information at reservation moment regarding age limit (75+). Confusing information about the age limits: 1st option 60 years, 2nd option 71 years, 3rd option 73 years according to the official policy. Lack of information on the confirmation about the reserved amount (600€ at our case) on a credit card. I wouldn`t recomend to people over 70 years old. Too compicated. The age limit should be mentioned when making the reservation.
