Very pleased with the service I received late at night upon arriving at the Santorini airport. Antonis greeted me with a smile, took me to the rented car parked at the airport, which was very convenient. He acknowledged my deposit receipt, charged me for the remaining balance and submitted my invoice. It took overall 15 minutes. I had requested an automatic car and was pleased to see that they delivered what was promised. I felt very secure, no hassles whatsover.

My rental was actually from Sunrise Rent-a-Car in Karterados, arranged through Santorini Holiday Cars. Santorini Holiday Cars always responded quickly. I modified my pick-up time online, but unfortunately the change I made online was not recorded on paper, so there was a very slight delay in getting the car. I liked Sunrise very much, indeed, it was a very simple procedure, with an easy drop-off at the airport.

The car booked was not available and the replacement was okay but not as good as I would have wanted. Automatic gear box did not always work, often would not engage gear but had option of driving it in manual so was not stranded.
