It was all very easy to organise and staff were very friendly and helpful.
The staff was not friendly. Forcibly compelled to add insurance.
the staff did not pick up the phone, i could not find the place and when i told him about that he told me that i should not make suggestions to them.there was no one to leave the car at the end.
The car was an old model. Usually the cars I rent are all brand new.

Car was delivered with no gas. Almost didn't make it to gas station. On day 3 of 4 the air conditioning and fan stopped working completely. They brought a replacement car but again with no gas. I demanded 15 euros for fuel that I had just put in the first vehicle. They reluctantly gave me 10 euro.
The picture of the car in the catalogue did not correspond to the actual car provided - the actual car was an older model. However, the staff is really friendly and helpful.
It was easy renting from Holiday Cars. Collection & return options were great.
