Small delay on pick-up. Car was ok.
Overall a very good experience. The car was old, but it worked perfectly fine and I got a great price relative to other options.

OVERALL I WAS PLEASED WITH THE VEHICLE PROVIDED. HOWEVER I WOULD EXPECT TO LEAVE THE CAR WITH A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY BEING PRESENT AND GIVE THE KEYS HAND-TO-HAND DURING THE DELIVERY RATHER THAN HAVING TO LEAVE THE CAR UNLOCKED AT THE AIRPORT'S PARKING SPACE AND HAVING TO WORRY IF THE CAR IS BEING STOLLEN BY A THIRD PARTY.

Nobody at the meeting point, and after calling them (2 times) they finally told me that no more cars are available !
We rented Fiat Panda on net, but got Nissan Micra. It was in quite bad conditions - brakes were not the best anymore, handbrake braked on very last catch, there was air in 'car arms' - when turning the steering wheel left and right it was delay in reaction time.
But anyway he car drove us everywhere we were meant to go, so we are satisfied :)
I have been travelling to Santorini for over 10 years now and the service I received was excellent despite the Island being exceptionally busy in August. I have used other hire car companies on the Island and found there service both courteous and professional and all my emails and queries were answered immeadiately.
