The car rental was as good as it gets. The staff met us right off the chairlift and walked us immediately to the car. The car was excellent. Everything worked as advertised.

the car rental was almost an hour late. their rules for cruise ships are you must be at meeting point on time and they would wait no more than 1/2 hour. They do not state that they had to be called. I called them 3 times before they showed up and they said it is because we were on a ship. They also insisted on a 10 euro deposit which I felt they hoped we wouldn't call and would forfeit the rental. I felt they were shady, untrustworthy and would NEVER use or recommend them again.

The flickering warning light on the dashboard was repaired in a rather creative way (covered with tape) :-) For Santorini (limited stretches, very many drivers) 97.000 km is a lot, and you could feel and see it. But for the rest it was OK.
