The air condition was not working well and have to drive with the window open all the time as it is cooler out there. In addition, the car was not properly maintained and have scratches and rear lamp broken. More importantly, it is so difficult and tedious to return the car as there is no designated parking space as compared to hertz and the more established world renowned car rental companies. Have to find parking lot to return the car for close to 45 minutes which added unnecessary stress.
