There was something wrong with the gearbox/clutch whith the reverse gear. And some lack of power with the gear 2 when going uphill.

no bad surprises, very warm welcome from the staff of this company.
Overall an awesome experience especially customer service. The car was a little under-powered tho (Fiat Panda), and struggled with hill starts and hills in general.
