Late in picking us up Car I’ve booked was not available and I paid more for it. They gave me 20 euros discount which is nothing. Asked for support fore the tyre and they told me I was to make it up by my own self. Nothing more to add I think …

The staff was super friendly. The car was old, kind of worn out with 91.000km and very dirty (not superficially, but with stains deeply engrained in the upholstery). The automatic gear box didn’t shift up automatically any more, only down. So, it was a semi-automatic🤣. Also, the breaks were squeaking.
