They charged a fee for picking up the car 30 minutes late, a fee that was not foresees in the emails that were exchanged. Contrary what the emails said, they did not have an automatic payment method, with a card, they only accepted payment in cash.

Very poor experience. Person who dropped me off insulted me as he didn't want to walk into the hotel reception to meet me. Car had warning lights flashing when I collected, I was told to ignore them. Air-conditioning made a horrendous rattle whenever on 75% or 100%, making it un-usable (in Santorini!). Finally, we agreed for the car to be collected at 10am, then received frustrated voicemails at 9.15 asking why the car wasn't ready to collect. Poor car, poor service, poor job all round.
