The owner was extremely rude and unfriendly. They did not respect the booked price and added €40 for “mandatory insurance,” which felt like an excuse to charge more. As hotel guests, we paid €25 instead. The car was also unsafe: the horn and low-beam headlights did not work. Very disappointing experience. I would not rent here again or recommend it.

We booked the car from 10am, was picked up 10.20 and didn’t get to car until gone 11! The. The car was awful and undriveable. The car we were given was much cheaper than what we booked but as it had a full tank no refund. Due to being picked up and the car not being at the hotel as requested, we completely missed the excursion we were due to go on. We had a car with you last year with no issues, so very disappointed this time and won’t recommend or use you again

Our driver was very professional, friendly, and punctual. He made us feel comfortable from the beginning and provided us with lots of useful information about the area and the car rental process. Everything went smoothly thanks to his excellent service. I will highly recommend your service
