Very pleased with the service and vehicle
Everything were OK.
Very helpful person who met me at the airport and offered great advice on what to do during the time we had the rental car. Peak season prices. Would have preferred a slightly more detailed road map. Overall very happy

When we arrived, they told us that the car we requested (Nissan Micra Automatic) was not available and the only car we could get was a Smart car. The car itself felt old and did not handle well. They offered to arrange a later time for us to switch out the car for a Nissan, which was nice, but as we were only there for 2 days and had busy plans we would have had to rearrange our whole schedule to meet them and exchange the car, so we just made do with the Smart car.

We were very very pleased with our car rental. Mr Harrιs Alexandrou provided amazing service. We had contacted him the day before to request another car as the current car we reserved was too small. He had another car for us promptly, without question. He was amazing and the customer service excellent. Bravo!
Requested car wasn't available. A Suzuki Jimny was substituted, hard suspension, no airconditioning (fortunately there was a cool breeze), passenger seatbelt retractor didn't retract properly, and fuel tank was almost empty so the first requirement was to find a fuel station!! Only used it for a few hours as it didn't suit us. It was convenient to collect and return at our hotel in Kamari.
