We asked for the car to be collected about 5mins away from our hotel but despite the hotel reception speaking for us our request didn't happen .

The car was brought to our hotel on time and we were able to return it at the port with absolutely no problems. Renting from Santorini Holiday Cars was super convenient, very reasonably priced and the staff were friendly, courteous, responsive, and easygoing. I would highly recommend them.
The vehicle was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful.I think it was the best rent ever.
It was great, thoug the pay pass payment wasn't communicated to the onsite staff. But that was easily solved.

1. Worst payment situation ever. No POS available to pay with debit/credit card. Instead, company employee requested me to deliver him my 16-digit card number along with the 3-digit secret code which is COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!! Paid in cash in the end. Also I ended up BEGGING for the receipt with numerous excuses from their side until finally provided.
2. Fifth gear could not be selected due to bad-condition gearbox
3. Radio equipment was in bad condition.
I didnt get my discount that i was expecting it from them, even thou it was mentioned when i rented the car online.
