The car was in a very bad situation , with noises , destroyed parts inside and outside , music doesn't work etc
I would like to point out two issues that I found inappropriate from the member of staff who picked me up at the airport. First of all my my surname was misspelled but I didn't really mind about it, however the second issue that I found very disrespectful has to do with my nationality, because when the member of staff asked me for my international driving licence and he saw I was from Colombia he asked if have brought some cocaine with me. I found this as an insult and a horrible stereotype.

We asked for the car to be collected about 5mins away from our hotel but despite the hotel reception speaking for us our request didn't happen .
