everything was fine and excellent! I just have to notice only that the tank was not full and we have to fill based on our assumptions!!! It is better to provide the rental car with full tank and reguest the return car with full tank!

The company had forgotten to provide delivery of car and had to be called. We were initially provided with an older car which had slight issue with the door. However, the car was promptly changed to a brand new car without any hassle. The car we got was fantastic and we had an overall great experience. Drop-off was also very simple at the airport.
The owner of the company was also very nice and comforting - he guided about all places to visit and what should not be missed.
the agency staff was friendly, the pick up and drop off time was very helpfull so i didn't have to wait, value for money!
