I booked a fiat pivot and they cancelled the reservation 1 hour before I come to island with justification that i am too young to rent a car like that one (24). I went to the island and i hadnt car so I booked another one from other company in the port. We spoke to telephone 1 week before and everything was okay and he said that he was looking forward to meet me. I dont understand what happenned. Worst rental experience i ever had, unprofessional behaviour and no respect to their customers

The car had trouble going up the mountain roads also no one was available at the airport to collect the car from us and it took us a very long time to find a place to park the car as parking is limited at the airport.

I rented the vehicle for four whole days. I requested if It was posible to keep the car for an extra one hour and a half (only if the car wasnt already rented yo a next client) considering that the price was set in days. They refused to do so considering we had already payed for four whole days and actually web had it on our possession forma three datos and a half. They refused and only acreedores if we payed an extra €10, which was extremely tacky and made look tourists as a pot of gold.

I had a number of problems with this rental, but the biggest was that the salesperson blatantly LIED to me and FORCED me to purchase their collision damage waiver. This ended up costing me an EXTRA 660 EUROS (60 was the cost of the coverage, and 600 was the amount my credit card insurance refused to cover since I took the rental company's coverage). I recommend everyone steer clear of this company as they use DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES.
