All ok
The vehicle we reserved was not the same as what was offered to us. The vehicle we reserved was a fully convertible car, we received a Fiat with a sliding roof panel. It was pretty close to what we wanted and worked out fine.
poor condition of vehicle
The person who delivered the vehicle was 45 minutes late, could not answer questions, and was extremely rude, rolling his eyes and acting annoyed at our questions. It was extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I wish I had gone with another company, even if it meant paying more for better service and a better experience. I got the impression that the representative (who was a young man) was sexist, racist, hates tourists, or hates his job. It was the most odd car rental experience ever.
Everything was great!
We hired And paíd in advance for a cabriolet only to be offered a dirty Fiat uno. Then we were offered a dirty old Suzuki jimney with the speedometer Broken amongst other things. On top of it all we had to go to the airport to pick it Up And werent even provided with a map. The vehicle was very expensive for the vehicle provided.

Good service in Santorini
I wasn't pleased that they would only take a deposit on a credit card. Insisting I pay cash for the rental on the spot. For this reason alone...I probably would not use them again.
The car hire worked well with no major issues. No-one was available to sign off the car which leaves you feeling vulnerable should it be damaged after you leave it. They seemed relaxed about this.
