Online order Nissan Micra but end up I got Smart
It was a good experience
Our agent did not meet us at the appointed time & place. I called after 15 minutes and was told the agent would meet us in a couple minutes, which never happened. After another hour wait and 3 unanswered phone attempts, we gave up and made other arrangements. Not only did we bare the high cost of last minute transportation arrangements, but due to your company's failure to deliver services as promised, we lost 1/4 of our shore time. I expect a full refund!!!!!!

The website drop down menu indicates that you can pick up and deliver the car at Old Port in Fira for cruise ships. I emailed you asking if this was possible bu t received no response. You cannot pickup or drop off the car in Old Port. You have to make it up the hill to Fira on your own. We were met at 9:25 a.m. Although we had specified 8:30 a.m. The man on the phone lied and said we had moved the time to 10:30 a.m. by an email. We had emailed him that we would be there between 8:30 and 9.
We waited for half an hour for somebody to pick us up. No show. We phoned and in the end it took 1 hour of our valuable time in Santorini before we were picked up. We were on a boat cruise
