It was kinda ok, I was waited at the airport by staff, he was kind of cool but left us so fast, it was not obvious where to leave the car. The car had some strange noises, phone holder would have been useful, breaks and exhaustion system had strange noises.

The car I received had back seat belt not working but the car was replaced literally within minutes and everything worked fine. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The pick up at the port of Santorini was a bit chaotic due to the crowd, the buses, the many agencies.....it took me several minutes to find the person of the agency, and a bit of stress. But once I found him everything was fine, the guy was excellent
The car was not as clean as it should have been and the child seat was not the one I requested.
Everything was perfect and worked flawlessly.

Overall experience was good. Initially the car receieved was old and ac did not work. They took care of it and provided a better replacement.

After seeing other company vehicles and prices i think that there were other vehicles available at a cheaper price and those vehicles were newer
