Everything was as expected and agreed upon. The tank wasn't full but we only had to return the car with same level fuel. The car we received was already damaged (broken side mirror, scratches in the front) but we were advised by the renter to simply make a video before and after the rent to make sure no additional fee was charged.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I had personal delays with picking up and dropping off the car, but they were very accommodating. I would definitely use them again.
