Did what it said on the tin!
Great service 👌 quick, direct and simple
There was alot of small damage on the Fiat, after the rental period i was called that i made a scratch on the car. Lucky for me i made alot of pictures and i could proof it was already on there. I don’t know what would have happened if I didn’t have so much pictures but i think it would have cost me alot of money. This was kind of disappointing for me because it ruined the experience of renting the car for me.
For the rest all was fine, the delivery driver was a nice guy.
Everything was great!
The car was dirty and has almost no gas when we receive it. But everything else was right as we order.
Car worked well even though feeling dated.
Staff was nice and helpful with my experience.
Car was making a lot of noises which is understandable due to the condition of the roads in Santorini, roof of the car opened by itself on two different occasions and was very hard for us to close it again.
Overall I would give the car a qualification of 9 out of 10, taking in consideration that the car was not new. Staff member who greeted us at the airport was very kind, car didn't brake down and served all our purposes.
I would definitely rent a car from them.
The first car delivered failed to start but a member of staff returned promptly and gave us a similar car he had been driving (with less luggage space than we had requested but as there were only two of us we were able to put one suitcase on the rear seats).
