The car was dropped off at our hotel. The man arrived promptly and the process was very quick. We were a little disconcerted to see that the car was nowhere near new and had a large amount of scrapes and marks on it. Having said that, it got us where we wanted to go and we had no troubles with it whatsoever. We dropped it off at the port, left the key under the mat as instructed and went off to catch our ferry. I'd rent from them again, no problem!
