The staff's service was excellent, both during the reservation and on pick up/return. Staff arrived a bit late on return, although we had instructions for that case. Car had some bumps and scratches that could have been repaired. Overall a good service, especially during the reservation and pick up stage.

Fantastic service (although went through bad reviews online, was a bit scared, but turned out fantastic). Email communication was prompt, calls were answered in good english. Process was smooth, payment on the spot was smooth. Cars were a bit old, but nevermind in a small island. GREAT!

The pick up and return were very easy and quick. A representative (Stefan) was waiting for us at the airport. He helped us with our bags to the car and we were on our way in a few minutes.
