Fantastic service (although went through bad reviews online, was a bit scared, but turned out fantastic). Email communication was prompt, calls were answered in good english. Process was smooth, payment on the spot was smooth. Cars were a bit old, but nevermind in a small island. GREAT!

The pick up and return were very easy and quick. A representative (Stefan) was waiting for us at the airport. He helped us with our bags to the car and we were on our way in a few minutes.

After being scammed by a rental agency in Italy, I was very nervous to rent ever again. But this agency was upfront and honest.They didn't try to sell me extra or increase charges when I arrived. They honored my online contract with no hassles. All emails were responded to very quickly. Thank you Santorini Car Hire.
