Everything was pretty great with this rental company. Only downside was that there was an additional $6 daily fee when using your own car insurance. This wasn't mentioned in the original quote, For a short three day rental, this was still ok. When renting for a longer period, this additional daily fee may be bothersome.

This was the smoothest rental process I’ve ever had. Everything done through text, which made me worry about it legit, but then everything worked out. I needed assistance during the rental and we communicated through text. They responded quickly and were helpful. The only problem was I had to pay to leave the Miami parking garage and that was not communicated. I was told I through text that it could be refunded though.
