Definitely feel like this company took advantage of us. Super shady from the very beginning. Was charged a $350 cleaning fee for a spot on the seat. I can get my entire car cleaned for less than $100. Plus, when they took the initial picture, my suitcase is on the seat and you can’t prove that this spot wasn’t there before we rented the car.

I has not happy with the extra charge for the extra time we kept the vehicle. I called and asked if we could keep the car longer and was charged $20 dollars an hour instead of being charge for an extra day.
