I have rented several cars during frequent business trips to Miami over the past few years. I found Saferide as an option and after renting a few times from Saferide i am now a loyal customer!!! on all occasions the staff running this company has been super responsive and professional. The cars offered by Saferide are Clean and latest models.

The were fast and vehicle was ready when I arrived. The car smelled like cigarettes once you would turn on the AC. The most frustrating part was seeing additional charges after I called several times to make sure that the rate I was receiving was going to be honored. The use additional charges to make up for the difference and no matter how many times you ask, they don't tell you. My experience with Jose was extremely disappointing.

They always wanted to sell me more stuff (insurance etc.) even though I told them my CC would cover it. I had to give them my personal car’s insurance so they could remove their “mandotary” insurance charge. Then, now, they charged me a Covid19 cleaning fee which was not discuessed before nor it was included in the initial quote from carrentalexpress. When asked, they played deaf

FRAUD, CHEATS, HIDDEN CHARGES. Worst car rental company. Parked the car in the airport parking garage on there on and made me pay the parking fees. When asked for refund manager hung up. Charged extra tolls and admin fees. STAY AWAY.
