We were picked up at the airport about 45 min after our flight arrived, but that snafu was due to a combination of our flight arriving very early and my entering a pickup time on the reservation form that was probably too far after our scheduled arrival time. Overall, we were very pleased with the van we rented. We would definitely rent from Rugged Rental again and we'll definitely recommend them to our friends.

Return to Park & Jet after hours not so great... the navigation in the vehicle could not locate the facility, which got us really mixed up. The navigation on the phone finally took us directly there. Other than that snag all went well. Staff there very helpful. Maybe have a phone # for them listed on the return paper also?

Smooth and easy
Rugged Rental was outstanding. The rate was extremely reasonable when compared to a comparable 4WD from the "big companies." Plus friendly, personal customer service. They picked us up from the airport within 5 minutes of our call. The car was so clean it felt practically new, plus had high-quality tires which was very important to us driving to the ski areas. A ski rack was a very reasonable extra cost, which was extremely convenient. We will rent from them again & DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
