Great rental company l, they even include a cooler which is greatly appreciated. Will rent again from Rugger Rental.
The staff was great and helpful, the car was really good, quite new and in excellent condition.
Even it is not the typical company you would find in the airport's terminal, it is worth it. Short ride with their shuttle and the value/money for the car is totally worth it.
This is the third time I have rented, each time they have been courteous and the vehicle ready and on time. Very satisfied. I have referred my friends to Rugged Rental.
The representatives were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Unlike most rental companies, they did not pressure us to upgrade or otherwise increase the cost of the rental. We will continue to use Rugged Rental when we fly into Salt Lake City.
I modified my reservation due to a change in my flights. The new rate was about $60 less than the original amount, but I was charged the original amount. Otherwise, everything about the rental was great, as it has been the other times I've rented from them.
