Rugged Rental knew our return was on a Sunday. But they did NOT tell us we had to return car at a different location because they are closed on Sundays!!! Major error on Rugged Rentals personnel!!!

All the personnel, drivers and office staff, were friendly and helpful.
Excellent company. Excellent staff. Clean car. Our plane was delayed 3 hours. Chris gave me his cell phone number and was prompt to pick us up when we arrived at 3am. We also had a rock hit our windshield that caused a long crack to form. Nate, Chris, and the staff were very supportive and helpful completing the damage report and getting an estimate when we returned the vehicle. I highly recommend this company. Personal service at its best.

Rugged Rental provided easily the best rental car experience of my life. Everything was fast and easy, there were no hidden fees or other bullshit, and the staff was extremely nice. I will always use this company for any vehicle rental if at all possible.
The staff at Rugged Rental was great! We were picked up promptly from the airport and our vehicle was up front and waiting for us when we got to the office. The staff transferred our bags into our car while we signed the paperwork and then we were on our way. Returning the vehicle went just as smooth. Everything went very well and I would definitely recommend Rugged Rental and will be using them again if in the Salt Lake area.
