The experience was great, the car was just what I expected, clean, in great conditions. The rates are affordable, there are no surprise fees, they just asked for the documents and the deposit, then we were on our way to the lot to get on the car and that was it, it was really simple. I will definitely rent from them again!

Transported to a desolate area approx. 20 minutes from the airport. First thing you notice is every customer in the facility is angry. Do not have vehicles promised, nothing to upgrade too. Tried to offer me two vehicles. Then they want you to buy insurance. Does not matter what you do ( had my insurance registration card) they will not take it. Wanted another $300 plus for insurance. Avoid this place like the plague. Ultimately we went back to Orlando international and rented a car there.

We felt rushed when picking up the vehicle initially because we arrived 30 min before closing time so the agent was rushing through paperwork. We ended up picking the unlimited sun pass in Florida. We felt like that was a pretty big waste of money since we only went through a few tolls not equaling even close to $14/day, however this is what the service agent was pushing for us.

Gave us a bigger rental than asked for because they didn't have anything else available. Car was making weird noises and a bad tire which I had to pay for because they didn't want to fix it. Rented a car and had to pay an uber for a couple of days until I could fix tire
