I rented a Toyota Highlander or equivalent and was given a Nissan Rogue, which is not equivalent. An equivalent vehicle would have been at least a Nissan Murano. The vehicle also had warning lights that were known to the location staff. When questioned, they said the lock on the hatch had been replaced, but still triggers the warning, and to ignore. When the car starts, the hatch pops up and has to be reclosed each time. It is very inconvenient to have to get out and reclose the hatch each time.

Scam company. They do not take your insurance, and need to purchase rental car protection from them, at double the car cost. Also, they never returned the security deposit. Had to engage with Credit Card company to get it returned. Finally, There is no person to talk to if you have an issue, it's a chat bot that refuses to do anything.

No pickup had to uber there. A lot of hidden fees that added up to almost another $100. In the end, wasn't worth any savings.

Horrible company, bordering on fraud. I filed a complaint with the TX attorney general's office. Tricking your customers into renting by false, low price offers and then jacking the rates, or mandating cash deposit (not credit card???) is not acceptable and certainly not a path to success.

I should have read the reviews first. It's very close to a scam company. Beside the hidden fees, the car that had 85k miles and was falling apart, the rude staff at the Tampa location, overall it's the feeling everything they say or do is fishy and not trusworthy
