The man said “I should have locked the door before 7”. I was supposed to have a 7 seater and only had a 5 seater with a very large dent on the front driver side. And still have not had my deposit returned after over a month. I have warned family and friends not to use stride rent a car.

Worse rental car agency ever. I travel and rent a lot. This is by far the worst one. Long wait for airport shuttle which had no name of the company so I didn't know. Hidden charges disguised in fine print. The clerk literally left me for 45 minutes in the middle of the contract and never showed up. The guy helping another customers finally helped me after waiting over an hour for the original clerk to return. There were only two clerk and one suddenly disappeared. Stay away from this place.

The shuttle to pick up is confusing. The brand is not listed, I had to ask the driver. They don't allow for an early drop off in case of an early flight so I had to drop it off early the previous night before they closed and take an Uber back to the hotel and then Uber again in the morning to the airport.

1) In the quote was promised Premium SUV, but got standard SUV without any decrease in price. I figure out it only during key hand-over and had no time to stay in line again to complain. Nissan Rogue was clearly not a premium SUV. 2) Original booking quote was $65.80, but was charged >2.5 times more - $169.51, despite opting-out of anything possible. 3) Was charged for Baby seat $20.97, but never got it with the car. Not to mention that in the initial quote it was promised to be $14.28.
