The advertising makes you think the vehicle is on airport grounds. The return is our issue. Shuttle driver was late we almost missed our 7:20 AM flight and are too old to run through the airport.

This business is a scam! for more info, please review the Better Business Bureau website: https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/belle-isle/profile/car-rental/stride-rent-a-car-0733-235975352. Please DO NOT work with this company or their other affiliated (e.g., stride rent a car, NextCar, MEX, Zoom, Surprice, Priceless Car Rental, Wheego, United Rent a car, Street.). If one name gets too much heat, they often just switch their primary branding on travel sites to one of their other aliases.

We waited in line hours to get our car. They charged us an extra 125.00 more than the price I had in writing. The cats check engine light was on and they wouldn’t exchange it unless I came back which I had no time so we couldn’t even drive to places we wanted to for fear we would break down

The man said “I should have locked the door before 7”. I was supposed to have a 7 seater and only had a 5 seater with a very large dent on the front driver side. And still have not had my deposit returned after over a month. I have warned family and friends not to use stride rent a car.

Worse rental car agency ever. I travel and rent a lot. This is by far the worst one. Long wait for airport shuttle which had no name of the company so I didn't know. Hidden charges disguised in fine print. The clerk literally left me for 45 minutes in the middle of the contract and never showed up. The guy helping another customers finally helped me after waiting over an hour for the original clerk to return. There were only two clerk and one suddenly disappeared. Stay away from this place.
