This agency charged me more than the published rate and refuses to make this right. Additionally, I lost almost 2hours of my time trying to find this rental location as it is far from the off airport rental location, requires an additional shuttle and there are no clear signs, directions or advisories of this.

This felt like a bait and switch company. First off the price quoted did not include nor was there disclosure about $500 one time temp fee that could take up to 30 days to get back, there was no pricing or disclosure about about a mandatory toll pass for another $50 and while the site asks you to input your insurance information the counter still required a copy of my insurance coverage (not just my card). The car was damaged and smaller than reserved.

Rented a mid size SUV, which should have a rav 4 in likeness. Was given a Nissan kick, which rode very low to the ground which is what we were trying to avoid.

They gave me a smaller vehicle for the same price of the larger vehicle that I reserved and would not change. It had 1/8th of a tank of fuel when I received it.

The only thing I would make known to future renters is that the rental location is outside of the airport. With that being said the shuttle arrived in a timely manner both for pick up and return. More time may need to be added if you have plans to be somewhere. Everyone was helpful and courteous.
