The car was very banged up, jinky and it had many dents and scratches. The tire went flat after 50 miles. I had to replace the obviously VERY OLD, VERY worn-out tire. They did not reimburse me for the tire. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude and told me the tire going flat was MY fault. I even sent them a video of the worn out cut in the tire. I am actively pursuing a law suit against them for putting me in a dangerous vehicle. I hope for safety purposes this company fails.
Location and cost of child seat were not great
My car battery was dead, rental company needs to check maintenance on vehicles before giving them out. Thankfully I was not too far from the airport.
The car was in terrible condition, the van doesn't bring to the airport and the staff was not friendly
When I arrived at airport and called for pickup, agent informed me that no cars were available even though I had a confirmation.
Horrible business practice. However I can inform travelers, would definitely not recommend this car rental company.

the car was the worst car that I have ever seen. Absolutely falling apart , disgusting, stains everywhere, unbelievable amount of dents and scratches, bumper hanging on by silicone glue - it was completely embarrassing to drive with our friends in the car. I cannot believe that this car is actually rented out to people. Staff was nice and no complaints about the staff - this is about the car itself. GROSS!
Nissan vehicle had great technology and operated superably.
