Loved the car, it was practically brand new. Received a very competitive rate, and the whole experience was great! Highly recommended!
I received detailed instructions via email about how to get to the office from the airport. When I got on the shuttle I was told by the driver that they no longer pick up Midway customers. I called Midway and was told they recently updated their system and that is why I was emailed the incorrect instructions. I took a cab from the airport and was it was taken off my total bill. Everything else about the rental went smoothly from picking up the nice new car to an easy return. Would use again.

My flight was delayed by 6 hours, which brought me into the depot in LA just after closing time of 9pm. I called in advance to let them know I would be there after closing time and they were very courteous and understanding and told me it was absolutely no problem and they would wait for me. Other car rental companies - I can't even get through to on the phone. So this was a great and pleasant experience. Would definitely rent with you again.

Friendly knowledgeable counter staff. They got my paper work done fast. 20 yard walk to the garage and received my upgraded vehicle. It was clean, new and well maintained. Ran without problems. Fast return process. Accurate final bill. I really liked Midway. Way better than my experiences with the big name companies with very competitive prices. I will definitely look at them first on my next trip to LAX.

We had no major issues with our rental, went as expected. Bit of a wait for the shuttles to and from the airport.
The staff was very courteous, kind and helpful. The fleet of vehicles was awesome and brand new. I rent vehicles from all kinds of companies, but Midway Rentals is by far hands down the best of the best!
