Experience better then expected!
I think the experience was pleasant. Did put a dent in my Available funds due to a $600 deposit that won’t be on my card for the next couple of days. So while in LA it lessened my buying power.
I appreciate the convenience of location when dropping off, professional staff, and vehicle selection.
Economy car I had booked was not available. I was given a nice upgrade for free but it was not as economical on gas so it cost me more in fuel.
The car wasn't clean. Agent offered to rinse to get dust off but I declined, not wishing to waste any more of my time. The biggest problem was the dirty windshield - difficult to clean using just windshield washer. Also a warning for low washer fluid came on.
Later, warning came on for low engine coolant & maintenance check.
The vehicle needed to be cleaned inside & out. Lots of scratches on the exterior.
Medway is the only car rental company that I'm always satisfied using
I always rent from Midway when in CA. Their service is tremendous and the cars are always in good condition. I like that they take a video of the car before you leave and do not hassle you when you return over little things like other rental companies. Their rates are also very competitive compared to others.
A little difficult to get to, but service at the counter was great, and overall the experience was fine.
Amazing service and vehicle! Would rent again.
