Overall, midway has a great rental experience. I would just suggest that plates are on the back of rentals, even if the car is new.
Fast and easy experience.
I got what I paid for.
Vehicle had terrible smell after being parked in the sun. Never had a problem before, but this time price was quite a bit more than other rental places( I did go with it, since I never had a problem before) and vehicle was poor.
Normal friendly, not corporate friendly. Straight-forward. Good value. Always a positive experience at the counter.

Very satisfied with this company. My only wish would be that they were more competitive with the other rental companies. Via online at carrentals.com or rentalcars.com. Very easy pickup and drop off. No waiting in long lines :-)
Had to wait 10 minutes for attendant at the desk, but otherwise was a good experience.
Returning the car at the lot (LAX) was confusing. Once inside the "Joe's Parking" lot, we had to ask 3 different people where to go to check the car in. Better, clearer signage would help. Otherwise an excellent experience overall.
