The wait to rent the car took almost an hour long. There were 2 ladies in the front and one was helping a customer and the other was just on the computer as I stood in line for a good 20 minutes. She did not even looked at me or asked if I was helped. Another lady came from break and helped me instead. As the line got longer, she finally helped the person after me. After the front desk, I had to wait another 20 mins. for the car to be washed and ready. There were about 3 others waiting also.
Painless and efficient. Good experience.

My rental experience was fine with the exception that I didn't get the car I needed & requested.. However, I did get an upgraded vehicle but it had less trunk space than I needed..Overall, my experience was great..

The Rental experience was great, and I reserved two door car and as I arrived there I changed my mind and they gave it to me right away the car that I was looking for, and it was cheap too.

The car I wanted was not available. I had to wait 30 minutes, to start driving an noticing car had low pressure on tires. Also ehen driving i got a message that say eco several times. Its a new car why does it have so many problems?
