The radio in the Car not working and the can not fix it. I have the Car for 2 day without radio.

This is BY FAR the best car rental company that I have ever used!!! Too bad they are only in LA/San Diego. Every aspect of renting from the people through rental return was the best I have experienced and believe me, that's a lot of rentals over the years!

Driver that did airport pick up was very very slow. Had his eyes closed at every stop he could. No sense of of urgency. Didn't offer to help with one of my 2 bags. Then the line at the counter took an hour. You need more employees checking people in or an express line for the people who have proper credit and information. I watched 2 groups who took the entire hour in line w ticket agents. It only took me 10 mins or less w agent but had to wait an hour. That was 2 hours total out of my vacation

I was supposed to bring it back at 23:00 (which is after closing time but still possible at the car rental next door). I called in advance to give a heads up that I wouldn't be able to make it and that I would bring it back as early as they wanted, and suggested 6am (guessing it would be their opening time). I was charged an extra day, with not only a higher rental rate (adjusted after) but also the drivers fee and all the insurances that I said I didn't want. I paid almost 100$ for nothing.

The experience at Midway was terrific. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. They made it easy for me to get to their facility, get the paperwork done and get in a new 2015 vehicle ! I would highly recommend them to anyone coming to LAX. I will most definitely use them again. Great prices, choices of cars, and the friendliest and most knowledgeable people.

I travel to LAX for work every week and I only rent from MCAR. I have the select member account now and the main recommendation I would make is that instead of the renter attempting to call in or email to get the car ready, having the shuttle driver radio it in is more efficient.

The employee who helped me fill out the beginning paperwork was great, but the man that gave me the keys wasn't very friendl. He wouldn't make eye contact because he was so busy looking at his screen, and I was constantly having to wait for him to help me. I didn't feel very valued. It was my first time renting, and the woman who ended up assisting me didn't explain that I had the right to look over the car to document any damages I saw. When I picked up/dropped off the car I felt insignificant.
