Pick up and drop off have gone downhill over the course of the last two months. I am presently looking into going to a new agency because of the drop-off. It took me 20 min to get to LAX and it took me 30 min to go from the rental office to my terminal. This is NOT an exception, but has been going on for a while.
We were satisfied with the car and service.
I had reserved the Corolla which was not available and was upgraded for free to the Jeep Patriot. However, I did not enjoy driving the Patriot. It was very loud on the road and too large to have to park in the Hollywood Hills where I was staying. Overall it felt poorly made.
We were extremely pleased with our rental. The car was clean, new, and low mileage. The airport shuttle process was a bit slow, but it was a busy travel day at LAX, so that is understandable. We will definitely rent again.
I look forward to renting from them again on my next trip to LAX.
