Sergei was very kind and prompt in picking us up. We arrived late due to weather, but he ensured we were still able to pick up our rental car. The car was in great shape, the price was very reasonable, and they were very easy to work with. Very kind, as well. We would recommend this company.
Pick up and drop off was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I rented a SUV but was disappointed when our two suitcases and baby stroller did not fit in the SUV trunk. The SUV was smaller than I expected. I ended up having to take a full size car for the price of an SUV. Unfortunately at the time there was not a SUV a different model SUV available to accommodate our luggage. Our vehicle was brand new with nice features but it struggled with power in the mountains.

I was unsure about this company at first because they weren't located at the airport and had to pick me up and drop me off but I decided to give them a try. Staff are very nice, punctual and it was an overall great experience. Only down fall was I thought I was renting a SUV or Crossover and was told that they don't carry those types of vehicles and was working with Kayak to correct that issue. I was given a Kia Soul instead, but it worked out just fine.
Very professional and helpful
Sergey, the car rental agent, picked me up at the Charlotte airport, brought me to the office, signed paperwork and I was off on my journey. He was extremely helpful. The car was a new Toyota Corolla in excellent condition. Upon return, Sergey met me at the office and brought me back to the airport. I will use Mega MC car rental next time I'm in Charlotte.
