Easy experience. Good car.
Found them through Kayak.com, the rate was very competitive and the car was a late model (almost new) in excellent condition. Very high quality service for a smaller operation compared to the national chains. If you want to support a small business operated by motivated employees, choose this agency!

Great service, great vehicle
The only issue we had was the pick up from the airport. The email I received said the pick up location was at the airport, but it’s not. They have to send a vehicle to take you to the rental location. We were not told this so we spent 45 minutes searching for the rental location at the airport, calling Mega to see what was going on and then waiting for them to send a van. Other than that it was a great experience and much cheaper than the other rental agencies at the airport.

Sergei was very kind and prompt in picking us up. We arrived late due to weather, but he ensured we were still able to pick up our rental car. The car was in great shape, the price was very reasonable, and they were very easy to work with. Very kind, as well. We would recommend this company.
Pick up and drop off was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I rented a SUV but was disappointed when our two suitcases and baby stroller did not fit in the SUV trunk. The SUV was smaller than I expected. I ended up having to take a full size car for the price of an SUV. Unfortunately at the time there was not a SUV a different model SUV available to accommodate our luggage. Our vehicle was brand new with nice features but it struggled with power in the mountains.
