van was in very poor condition. missing vent covers inside, dirty, and quite a bit of damage to the outside of the vehicle. either needs to be repaired or replaced.

We had a family of 6 come visit me and my partner from India. We needed a 8 passenger Van. Kia Sedona did the job. It was nice and clean and we were given a full tank of gas as well for our ease. Definitely recommend Maxx Car Rental. Thanks for the amazing price as well.

I showed up promptly at the venue to pick up the vehicle at 9 as requested, and I had to wait about 20 minutes until someone was there to open the business and get me all set up with my vehicle. It was unfortunate as I had sent a message a couple days prior requesting that the vehicle be ready to go at 9 and was assured it would be ready as I was on a tight timeline and had others waiting for me, they were unhappy about this. Overall, it was a good experience, but the wait was disappointing.
